By accessing or using RateIT ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
RateIT is a SaaS platform that allows you to collect and manage product ratings. We provide an embeddable widget, a dashboard for managing ratings, and tools to display social proof on your website.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
4. Subscription & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit fake or misleading ratings
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Resell access to the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
RateIT and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you submit.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RateIT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
